Experience and dedication to achieving success for our partners and customers defines InfoZen's leadership: Raj Ananthanpillai, Chairman, CEO and President Donald Acker, Chief Financial Officer Dr. William Boyd, Senior Vice President, Technical Solutions Ron Wojdyla, Senior Vice President of Client Relations and Business OperationsMichael Stull, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Dr. Michael Lay, Vice President of Technology Raj Ananthanpillai Mr. Ananthanpillai is the Chairman, CEO and President of InfoZen and has been with the company since January, 2004. Previously he was a Partner at The MIRA Group LLC, a Business Strategy and Financial Consulting Firm. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of ePlus, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUS), a business process automation, asset management and financial services company, responsible for technology, marketing, analyst relations and business strategy. Prior to that, he was the president and CEO of NetBalance Corporation, a venture capital backed multi-million dollar software products and services company, which was successfully sold in February 2000. Before founding NetBalance Mr. Ananthanpillai was the Vice President of strategy and marketing at I-NET, Inc., a $300+ multi-million dollar company, where he was responsible for developing new products, services, markets, strategic business alliances and overall strategy. He had also served as the Vice President and General Manager of one of I-NET's business units, growing a multi-million dollar IT outsourcing and managed services business offering to Fortune 100 and public sector clients. Prior to joining I-NET, Mr. Ananthanpillai spent several years at AT&T and his last responsibility was directing and managing the company's global messaging system managed services. Mr. Ananthanpillai holds an M.S. in Engineering Physics, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and Executive Management degrees in International Business Management and Financial Planning. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP ®), with a US Patent on managing networked systems, and the author of two books in the area of Systems Management and Managed Services. Additionally, Mr. Ananthanpillai is a frequent speaker at executive forums and is widely profiled in industry trade and business publications. He has appeared on business television programs, and mentors several emerging companies, serving on the board of some of them. Mr. Ananthanpillai is also on the advisory board of Johns Hopkins Business School and is a practitioner faculty, teaching Competitive Strategy in the University's MBA program. Don Acker
As the Chief Financial Officer, Donald Acker is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial activities for InfoZen, Inc. Mr. Acker has over 18 years of experience in accounting and financial management including; mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and accounting system implementations. Prior to joining InfoZen, Mr. Acker was Director of the CFO Outsourcing Practice for a local firm where he worked as a consultant for many established and emerging government contractors assisting them with various issues such as; DCAA matters, infrastructure improvements, mergers and acquisitions, value maximization, and accounting information systems. Prior to this, he led the CFO Outsourcing Practice for RSM McGladrey, formerly American Express Tax & Business Services, where he performed similar services. Before working as a consultant, Mr. Acker held positions ranging from Accountant to CFO at several small to medium sized government contractors including McDonald Bradley, Subsystem Technologies, and Eagle Design and Management. He is a frequent speaker on various government contracting topics for the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and was also a speaker at the Deltek Insight07 Conference. Mr. Acker is currently an active member of the Government Contractor’s Committee for the MACPA. He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park and is an active CPA in the State of Maryland. Dr. William Boyd
Dr. William Boyd is Senior Vice President for Technical Solutions at InfoZen. Dr. Boyd has over 20 years of experience developing, operating and managing IT and engineering programs. Dr. Boyd brings managed services experience for mission critical systems in peace keeping environments (Bosnia and Croatia), in highly political environments (U.S. Senate), and critical financial environments (U.S. Treasury), as well as other real time environments in both public and private sector assignments. These activities have all included software development, systems and data administration, helpdesk and maintenance support and configuration and asset management responsibilities. He has performed technical and management work with agencies such as DISA, DARPA, the U.S Postal Service, and with a variety of Fortune 500 companies, giving him a wealth of experience in many different business environments. He has hands-on and managerial experience developing and supporting e-procurement applications, customer relationship management tools, Internet applications, help desk services, and network systems integration and operations. Dr. Boyd holds a Ph.D. in Communications from Washington State University. Senior Vice President of Client Relations and Business Operations Ron Wojdyla is the Senior Vice President of Client Relations and Business Operations. Mr. Wojdyla has 33 years of experience in significant leadership positions throughout his career, and he served our country for over 26 years as a Navy Officer. He is an NSA expert and has professionalized in Cryptology, Information Operations and Resource Management. Mr. Wojdyla brings extensive experience leading multiple Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and he has led all Navy Cryptologic and Information Operations in the Pacific theater, leading an organization of over 4,800 people. He is a known individual within the Intelligence Community having partnered with NSA, NRO, TSA, ODNI, DNI, ASD/C3I, DARPA, and selected to provide numerous congressional and GAO briefings. Ron also participates in the community (federal, state, local and non-profit) as a regional Chairman of the Combined Federal Campaign providing dozens of guest speeches and achieving the highest contributor participation level in the United States and $1.27M for non-profit organizations. He is a regular DoD guest and teaches Transition Assistance Program (TAP) training to military personnel moving into the corporate sector that includes writing resumes, proper interview skills, transferring security clearances, and understanding salary and benefit packages. Mr. Wojdyla has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Michael Stull Mr. Stull is the Senior Vice President for Business Development, Capture and Proposal efforts at InfoZen. Mr. Stull has 20 years of progressively responsible IT experience supporting both commercial and federal clients. He has extensive experience in systems infrastructure and operations, software development and systems lifecycle management methods, and management consulting services. As an InfoZen Vice President, he managed key projects and programs, providing project leadership, program control, and customer satisfaction for federal clients over the past few years including, GSA, USPTO, DHS/ USCIS, CMS, DoD clients, NSA, and others. This work has included management and technical support in areas including large Web portals and Web infrastructure, complex data warehouses, organization planning and development, data center planning and operations, and mission-based services including counterterrorism and Intel support. Mr. Stull began his career in the federal sector planning enterprise-wide new technology rollouts, then worked as a Sr. Consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton supporting the information technology and management requirements of both federal and commercial clients. He subsequently founded an e-Healthcare and Health informatics-related startup organizations after leaving Booz, Allen to better connect large health providers with physicians and consumers. Prior to joining InfoZen in 2004, Mr. Stull consulted to federal and commercial organizations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia regarding strategic planning, global partnerships, and large web presence and knowledge management initiatives. He has significant IT experience in emerging markets including Russia and China, and speaks a number of foreign languages. Dr. Michael Lay With more than 30 years of experience in the field of computer science, Dr. Michael Lay's knowledge ranges from system architecture and programming to leading large implementation teams. His expertise in information storage and retrieval systems has developed from concentrated study of indexing theory in graduate school where he graduated with a PhD in Computer and Information Science. Later, while teaching at the University of Maryland, he further developed his ideas of information retrieval in distributed databases and honed his programming skills by implementing many new techniques for distributed database retrieval. While employed by Computer Sciences Corporation, Dr. Lay led several large projects that implemented ground control systems for NASA near-earth satellites, where he contributed considerably to the design and implementation of database engines supporting these facilities. After joining Online Computer Systems, later Reed Technology and Information Services (RTIS), Inc., Dr. Lay concentrated on the design and implementation of compact, speedy indexing and retrieval techniques. He also spearheaded the development of some of the first commercial CD-ROM database products known to the industry. At InfoZen, Dr. Lay has focused his efforts on building next-generation information systems centered around the Internet and database applications. He is an accomplished designer and a proven implementer of complex systems, and employs a wide variety of design and implementation tools. |
