FEBRUARY 2007 — INFOZEN AWARDED NEW CONTRACT WITH MAJOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY — Infozen has won a contract with a significant federal law enforcement agency to provide technical analysis support, assessment and documentation of business requirements, alternatives and feasibility of software solutions.

FEBRUARY 2007 — INFOZEN AWARDED NEW CONTRACT WITH THE CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION — InfoZen has won a new contract with the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to provide them with a broad range of professional and administrative services.

JANUARY 2007 — INFOZEN AWARDED NEW CONTRACT WITH THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION — InfoZen has won a new contract with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to support them in the development of a Knowledge Management System to review New Reactor Applications. JANUARY 2007 — INFOZEN AWARDED CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE — The Department of Defense has awarded InfoZen a new contract to provide support for developing a solution for their new Commercial Travel Information Management (CTIM) System. This program is within the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO).

DECEMBER 2006 — INFOZEN AWARDED CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT — InfoZen has won a contract with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide Adaptive Maintenance and Operations support for their Online Property Integrated Information Suite (OPIIS) Data Mart.

OCTOBER 2006 — INFOZEN AWARDED NEW CONTRACT FROM THE U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE (PTO) FOR TRANSFORMATION AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS — InfoZen is providing Management and Organizational Development support to define performance metrics and measures for PTO's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

SEPTEMBER 2006 — INFOZEN AWARDED NEW CONTRACT TO SUPPORT DOE — ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (EM) — InfoZen is providing management and regulatory/licensing consulting to DOE's EM department. The consulting services are focused on providing policy-making advice and analysis as the DOE-EM and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission establish their respective roles regarding critical nuclear safety oversight and monitoring functions at the Hanford Waste Treatment Project (WTP).

AUGUST 2006 — INFOZEN AWARDED CONTRACT TO SUPPORT THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION'S SPENT FUEL PROJECT OFFICE INFORMATION REVIEW AND SCREENING RELATED TO 10CFR 71 & 72 — Post September 11, the NRC removed substantial amounts of information from its public web site and Electronic Reading Room. InfoZen is tasked with restoring the information to the public domain by removing content that may be useful to potential adversaries. Thousands of documents are to be reviewed and screened according to NRC security guidance. InfoZen will use the June 8, 2005 NRC guidance provided to the Commission in SECY 05-0101, Withholding from Public Disclosure Sensitive Unclassified Information Concerning Materials Licensees and Certificate Holders. The Commission Staff Requirements Memorandum (SRM) was issued on October 7, 2005. InfoZen's unique combination of security and nuclear capabilities will be utilized to successfully accomplish the objectives of this contract.

APRIL 2006 — INFOZEN AWARDED CMMI MATURITY LEVEL 2 RATING — InfoZen was awarded a CMMI Maturity Level 2 rating by an independent SEI-authorized Lead Appraiser. The Maturity Level 2 rating specifically addresses InfoZen's capability at conducting Requirements Management, Project Planning, Project Monitoring and Control, Measurement and Analysis, Process and Product Quality Assurance and Configuration Management in a way that ensures continuous improvement of insight into and control over project performance.
