As the CEO of White Hall Capital, LLC a Northern Virginia-based private equity investment firm, Mr. Chapel expands on his ability and years of management experience to quickly assess the strengths and weaknesses of an organization and drive change through the organization.

Michael P. Joseph

Managing Director of Promontory Financial Group LLC

Mr. Joseph advises financial institution clients on regulatory, financial and forensic matters. Mr. Joseph is a retired partner from the accounting firm of KPMG LLP. While at KPMG he was the Partner-in-Charge of the Mid-Atlantic Technology Practice. Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in working with companies filing initial public offerings as well as working with over 30 audit committees of publicly held companies during his tenure with KPMG and Promontory.

Robert J. Thompson

Chairman, Thompson Advisory Group

Mr. Thompson advises and assists corporate clients on a variety of strategic public policy issues, lobbying campaigns, and multinational business ventures and market development, focusing on information technology, health care, security, infrastructure, and energy industries. Prior to starting this firm, Mr. Thompson served as Chairman of Jefferson Consulting Group, a full service, Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm representing companies and government organizations around the world.
