INFOZEN AWARDED MULTIPLE YEAR $22M CONTRACT FROM U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE

InfoZen, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical solutions for challenges confronting customers in national security, intelligence, law enforcement and civilian markets, today announced it has been awarded a 10-year, $22M contract from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for ongoing Production Verification Testing and Systems Assurance support.
The contract covers a 10 year period of performance, inclusive of one base year and nine one-year option periods beginning March 4, 2010. InfoZen will provide the USPTO Office of the Chief Information Officer with ongoing Production Verification Testing and Systems Assurance services, which will include all testing-related activities intended to assure deployment of quality products into the operational environment at the USPTO. Production Verification Testing activities will include testing of custom and COTS applications, service-oriented architectures (SOA), infrastructure components and upgrades, new technologies, and testing of documentation used by operational staff to deploy software from written instructions.
