InfoZen Wins a Strategic and Important BPA from SEC

InfoZen has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the Securities and Exchange Commission

Rockville, MD— August 27, 2009—InfoZen has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to support consolidation, integration, and modernization of the SEC Information Technology environment. As a strategic business partner, InfoZen will assist SEC’s Office of Information Technology with mission critical services such as Independent System Builds, Software Process Management, Applications and Solution Architecture Management and Systems Integration Support.

This particular win is of significant importance to InfoZen as we competed (full and open) against some of the bigger companies in the industry. The total value of the BPA is expected to be approximately $50MM over 5 years (Base year + 4 option years).
