The Alliant Government-wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) gives federal agencies access to the same state-of-the-art IT solutions private industries enjoy, thereby creating new efficiencies and meaningful outcomes that benefit both agencies and citizens. It is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to be completed over a 10-year period. The contract is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies by empowering them with existing and emerging technologies without complex acquisition processes.

Because it is an indefinite-delivery and quantity contract, the exact times and/or quantities of future deliveries are not known at the time of the Basic Contract award. This contract is a multiple award, extending to 59 contract holders in the Alliant program. It has a $50 billion contract ceiling for all awardees combined. The contract has a five-year base term, with one five year option. Contractors promise to provide US Federal government agencies with integrated Information Technology (“IT”) solutions (through a broad range of services) for evolving needs on a global basis.

The scope of the GSA Alliant Contract includes any and all components of an integrated IT solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Basic Contract. In addition, the scope of the Basic Contract includes information technology systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002. GSA Alliant is available to all Federal agencies worldwide.
